Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for stock, pricing, fraud, payment or delivery issues and will return any captured amount where required. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; dispatch confirms acceptance.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery and the final total are shown before payment. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed through Stripe when available; PayPal is processed directly by PayPal. A paid order is created only after the provider confirms payment.
Wholesale accounts
Wholesale access requires approval. Approved accounts receive private partner pricing in the same shop and must reach A$1,000 after discount per wholesale order. Pricing and ordering terms are confirmed directly after approval. Approval, pricing access or account status can be reviewed where account information is inaccurate, terms are breached or risk controls require it.
Products and availability
Product colours and packaging can vary slightly from screen images. Small parts may present a choking hazard; follow the age and safety information supplied with each product. Inventory is rechecked during checkout, and items are not reserved until payment is confirmed.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Bricks Power is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.
