Dispatch and delivery
In-stock orders are normally dispatched from Melbourne within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch; express delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days. Regional and remote destinations can take longer.
Delivery cost
Retail orders of A$120 or more qualify for free standard Australian delivery. Below that threshold, standard delivery is A$9.95. Express delivery is A$14.00. The exact amount is shown before you leave for secure payment. Wholesale delivery follows the amount shown at checkout and any account-specific terms.
Tracking
We send tracking details to the checkout email after the carrier accepts the parcel. Carrier scans can take several hours to appear. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will investigate.
Address changes and delivery issues
Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We can only change an address before dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but we will help with delayed, missing or damaged parcels.
